Took my first trip with Pacedayz to Alcarras in late October. Booking, bike drop off and all the documentation and queries handled quickly and easily by Tracey and the team.
We arrived at the hotel late afternoon before the event and headed out to the circuit to get ready for the 3 days on track - here we noticed one of many of the smaller details that made this trip so enjoyable - our crates were parked outside the garage we had been allocated!

The standard of riding on the trip was high with hardly any incidents and all of our group of 12 had a great time on the twisty technical yet rapid Alcarras Circuit. Top quality instruction from Craig and his team which included Peter Hickman (wheelie machine!) and Michael Laverty!

The hotel was good with a late reasonably priced bar and easy access to the the town of Llieda as well as a decent breakfast each morning. Will definitely be booking with Pacedayz again!

Cracking three days on Track with Pacedayz, 1st day here I wasn’t happy with how my bike was handling, spoke to Stuart and he offered to take my bike out, he came back and reset my suspension, over the next two days he tweaked it some more and now I’m finally happy with it, awesome three days and looking forward to going again next year !! 1st time I've used Pacedayz and definitely not the last. A really friendly organised track day at Cartagena over the 3 days and everyone was welcoming and willing to help out should the need arise. They seem to attract the right people on track and the track etiquette was spot on throughout. A lot of TD companies don't get enough/any praise for a job well done, well I have used Pacedayz for a second European trip this year to Jerez and can't recommend them enough. A very approachable team who were happy to help when one of my mates had an off. They were on hand to advise on lines and where I was going wrong, I still can't nail turn 9 and 10 though.... Instructors included Peter Hickman and Michael Laverty!! Bike transport to and from the UK is smooth and well organised, you load your own stiles and can take as long as you need making sure everything is protected. Photography was provided by Tony Goldsmith (Moto GP, WSB fame) and he nailed every shot. I will definitely be using them again in the future, I can't recommend them enough!!

Hi Craig, Tracy and all the team that made Jerez so enjoyable. Having never done a euro track event and being somewhat old and slow I did have some doubts initially but after a few laps I really started to enjoy myself.
As others have said the allocated garage system was a success and the whole 3 days were the smoothest run event I've been on. Even the unfortunate stoppages we had were in no way as a result of Pacedays,rather some less than awake Spanish marshaling.

Both Kate and I wanted to send our thanks now we’re back from Spain (Although getting used to the cold back in blighty is taking some effort).

This isn’t my first European track event, but it was my first in Spain, my first with Pacedayz and will certainly not be my last with you guys. From the initial enquiry last year right through to saying goodbye on the final day it was a pleasure dealing with you and all of the team.

Communication both via email and calls was friendly and helpful. Ordering tyres, final payment and customising the trip were all straight forward. On arrival, before, during and after the event everyone was friendly, helpful and laid back. That final point I think underpins the whole event, it was just easy going and relaxed. No rush for garages, no hurriedly speeding to get out on track or trying to avoid bunching up during the sessions. No rush to load or unload the bikes. Even changing tyres was stress free and done with no rush.

Overall both me and my other half enjoyed the event immensely, and will certainly be looking at when we can book the next one in the very near future. Please send my thanks to the whole team and hope they all equally had a fantastic time. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Had a fantastic time. Having done European trips with Focused Events, No Limits and Hottrax, this was, by very far the best ever trip that I have ever done. It was superbly organised, the hotel was very good, and Tracy and the rest of the team were so helpful and went out of their way to make the trip a memorable one. Stu's instruction was excellent. So all in all, a huge thank you to all of the team! One thing that really stood out, was the allocating of the garages, it stopped the stress of the scrum to get a garage on day 1, especially as we were a group of 6 riders who all wanted to be together.

I thought it was mega, went twice last year with NL who run a good trip but this one was outstanding!

The garage allocation with your mates is a great idea and stops that mad rush we always see.

The days were run wih no drama, even when our mate was caught up in the oil spill on day one the whole thing was sorted with no fuss, hope the other lads are OK I know a bike was smashed to pieces but that was the circuit staffs fault not Pacedayz for not reacting quick enough to a bike ****ting itself!

I had a morning with Hicky too, what a top bloke he is so down to earth and his ability to explain what to do and how to do it is excellent worth every penny.

We were all very impressed and when events are run like this it shows there is no need for the crap we all see in the UK with organisers shouting and balling at the paying customer, beginning to feel UK days might not be a thing of the past for me.

Just to share some feedback with you as this was the first PacedayZ event we have attended, as we normally stick with NoLimits (only as we have always found them good and reliable).

There were 3 of us in my booking / group and we all agreed your event was very well run, support was excellent (we didn't need much thankfully but could see from others it was there if you needed it), staff were friendly and helpful and the days ran pretty much uninterrupted. For me the biggest plus point was that the sessions seemed less crowded than they do with say NoLimits as I think you accept lower rider numbers than them. Your event was more expensive than the NL equivalent but we would all pay the extra again to come along with you guys owing to the experience we had on this event and the lower group numbers.

So all good and just to say thanks again for an awesome weekend!!

Just returned from Alcarras with pacedayz ,absolutely brilliant these guys know how to run track days ,just one briefing on the first morning followed by 3 sighting laps and that was it ,no lunch time briefing or more un necessary sighting laps ,everything was done to give you maximum track day time ,instructors were at hand should you need them but we're always approachable no arrogance just good sound advice ,hotel was clean and tidy with good spa facilities,staff were friendly ,all in all a great time run rings around another companies eurotrack days I've been ,will def be back next year.

Must admit it was my first euro trip with pacedayz, and it won't be my last.
So far the friendliest by far, and nothing is too much trouble. The circuit was really good, had a bit of everything but was a bit hard on tyres... my rear Dunlop slick new in for day 2 lasted 5 sessions and was destroyed.
Think I need to get my suspension set up a bit better!
Day 1 I was doing 1min 48s
day 2 ------- 1, 45s
day 3 ------ 1,44s
so pretty happy with that.
Anybody considering doing a event with pacedayz, don't hesitate they are a first class organisation.

What a great time we had in Alcarras!

Arrived on Thursday to a glorious sunny Spain, the hotel was really funky, the entrance full of boxed veg!, cow settees and pop art pictures, our room had a snazzy shower with loads of multi jets to squirt you all over, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Down to the bar for some drinks, banter and sign on then out to dinner. Being a bit OCD (me never!!!) I bought some bleach and ran it through the Jacuzzi to make sure it’s all nice and clean. Off to bed for an early night.

Each day the weather was perfect, a tiny chill in the morning but soon warming up to between 20-24° and dry for all 3 days.

Alcarras circuit is brilliant, never been before and Pacedayz are the only UK company that go there, lots of twisty bits, so great for the 675 but also combined with a couple of nice straights that are long enough to make it important to get the drive on to them right, but not so long that you are sitting there waiting for all the 1000s to catch you up and pass. The track also has some great gradient changes with a big drop down a hill, a bit like the plummet you get at Portimao, blimey it takes a while to build up and drive down as fast as you dare. 10 lefts and 4 rights so a good chance to use the other side of the tyre for a change. What a great track, it’s definitely being added to the favourites list and we’ll be going back again soon.

Day 1 was spent getting to grips with the track and finding out where it goes, we’d done our homework before setting off, so had a good idea and some reference points so it all came together quite well, days 2 and 3 all about building up speed, especially down that amazing hill.

I haven’t done that many track days this year and last time out (Mallory at the end of September) I felt rubbish, nearly 3 months off the bike and my head wasn’t in it, I was riding round waiting for the chequered flag just waiting the sessions out, at one point I was thinking “this really isn’t for me any more” I really felt I’d lost the desire to push and go fast. I’d also had similar feelings, but not so bad at Oulton at the start of July, so I was a bit concerned that I didn’t like track days any more.

Luckily I think it was just not being on the bike regularly enough, as when I jumped on at Alcarras I took the 1st day nice and gently to get the track learnt, didn’t pressure myself to push and go fast too soon and just enjoyed myself. I normally gauge how well I’m riding by how much behind Hollywood I am. A 5 second difference on a track this sort of size is my typical cut off point, faster than that I’m doing OK, slower and I’m being rubbish. Hollywood was riding well as normal, peddling Big Fat Bev round as fast as she would go whipping past lost of snazzy 1000s as normal. We ended the trip with me only half a second slower, woohoo!!, yippee!! and all those things, people were laughing at me as I got of my bike after that session and was doing a little excited dance.

I worked really hard over the 3 days and had a blast. Ending each day sharing a bottle of wine in the Jacuzzi with Hollywood whilst we debriefed the day and made plans for the next - heavenly

Pacedayz are a great crew, well organised and very friendly. The days ran well and there was only 1 red flag (I think) over the 3 days. We were out like clockwork on the dot for each 20 min session. The instructors are great as they actively ride in a lot of session and are proactive in coming and finding you for a chat and seem genuinely interested in how you are doing. A guy called Dave would every now and again go past me in some of the sessions, sometimes pull in front to maybe correct a line slightly or just give an encouraging tow for a few corners afterwards he would catch up for a chat and was so enthusiastic, he’d obviously chatted to some of the others as some of the other would come up and say well done etc. The whole crew were very friendly and made the effort to walk around the pit garages and have a chat, rather than hiding away.

Back from Cartagena nights. Admin dealt with very smoothly thanks to Mrs F (and bump!) On track in the evening is fantastic and open pit lane means as many laps as you can manage. The standard of riding was very good, even the couple of 'novices' weren't slow at all. Not that I am with 70bhp!

I have just returned from Cartagena Nights. I have to say this was probably one of the best foreign track days I've attended. It was extremely nice to be able to chill out by the pool during the day and ride at nigh. the 6 till 10 format worked brilliantly, still leaving plenty of time in the evening for a beer or 3.

I had a fantastic time at Alcarras with PacedayZ. There was a brilliant friendly atmosphere, which is sadly missing from some events nowadays. The event was very well organised with Craig and his team being more than helpful. I can't speak highly enough of them and have already booked myself up for Cartagena with Pacedayz.

First euro trackday with Pacedayz and im well impressed. Great track (Alcarras), great hotel, well organised and all the team were very friendly and helpful. Sensible number of riders in all the groups making for a safe and enjoyable time with very few incidents (no red flags and only a couple of yellows in my group). Also got some instruction from Craig which was really good, was made up to be 3 seconds under my target time :) Would definitely book with Pacedayz again.

Great track and organisation with instructors who were happy to actually instruct. Craig and his team could not have been better particularly after my off and broken collarbone. Booked again for Cartagena in November...

Hi Craig this being my first track day abroad I haven't anything to compere it to, but I fail to see how it could have been any better. Both myself and the wife enjoyed ourselves emensley. I thought yourself and your team ran the event brilliantly, and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Myself and the family are looking forward to the cartagena event and catching up the the people we met. One again a big thank you to you and your team.
